Verkkokauppa [Simply Posh] kotisivulla [HunBun Oy] Y-tunnus [3338579-5] paikassa [Oulu] käsittelee asiakkaan toimittamia henkilötietoja, jotka täyttävät ja vahvistavat käyttöehtojen, sähköisten tilausten ja toimitusten käsittelyn sekä tarvittavan tiedonvälityksen lain edellyttämän ajan kuluessa.

2. Rekisterinpitäjä käsittelee vain asiakkaan tunnistetiedot ja yhteystiedot, jotka ovat välttämättömiä ostosopimuksen täyttämiseksi
3. Rekisterinpitäjä käsittelee henkilötietoja lähetys- ja kirjanpitotarkoituksiin sekä sopimuspuolten tarvittavan tiedon välittämiseen lain edellyttämän ajan verran. Henkilötietoja ei julkisteta eikä niitä siirretä muihin maihin.
Tietojenkäsittelyn tarkoitus
Rekisterinpitäjä käsittelee Asiakkaan henkilötietoja seuraavissa tarkoituksissa:
1. Kotisivun rekisteröinti GDPR:n luvun 4 jakson 2 mukaisesti
2. Asiakkaan luoma sähköinen tilaus (nimi, osoite, sähköposti, puhelinnumero)
3. Noudattaa Asiakkaan ja Rekisterinpitäjän välisestä sopimussuhteesta johtuvaa lakia ja määräyksiä
4. Henkilötiedot ovat välttämättömiä ostosopimuksen täyttämiseksi. Sopimusta ei voida tehdä ilman henkilökohtaisia tietoja.
Henkilötietojen tallennuksen kesto
1. Rekisterinpitäjä tallentaa henkilötietoja niin kauan kuin on tarpeen Rekisterinpitäjän ja Asiakkaan välisestä sopimussuhteesta johtuvien oikeuksien ja velvoitteiden täyttämiseksi ja kolmen vuoden ajan sopimussuhteen päättymisen jälkeen
2. Rekisterinpitäjän on poistettava kaikki henkilökohtaiset tiedot henkilötietojen säilyttämiseen tarvittavan ajan kuluttua.
Henkilötietojen vastaanottajat ja käsittelijät
Asiakkaan henkilötietoja käsittelevät kolmannet osapuolet ovat Rekisterinpitäjän alihankkijoita. Näiden alihankkijoiden palvelut ovat välttämättömiä, jotta sopimus sähköisen tilauksen hankkimisesta ja käsittelystä Rekisterinpitäjän ja Asiakkaan välisessä sopimuksessa voidaan toteuttaa.
Rekisterinpitäjän alihankkijoita ovat:
- Webador (verkkokauppajärjestelmä);
- Rahtiyhtiö;
- Google Analytics (kotisivun analytiikka);
Asiakkaan oikeudet
Asetuksen mukaisesti Asiakkaalla on oikeus:
1. oikeus tutustua henkilötietoihin;
2. oikeus henkilötietojen oikaisuun
3. oikeus henkilötietojen poistamiseen;
4. oikeus vastustaa henkilötietojen käsittelyä;
5. oikeus tietojen siirrettävyyteen;
6. oikeus peruuttaa suostumuksensa henkilötietojen käsittelyyn kirjallisesti tai sähköpostitse osoitteeseen: [info@simplyposh.fi];
7. oikeus esittää valitus valvontaviranomaiselle, jos epäillään Asetuksen rikkomista.
Henkilötietojen turvallisuus
1. Rekisterinpitäjä sitoutuu toteuttamaan kaikki tekniset ja organisatoriset varotoimet, jotka ovat tarpeen henkilötietojen suojaamiseksi.
2. Rekisterinpitäjä on tehnyt teknisiä varotoimenpiteitä tietojen tallennustilojen turvaamiseksi, erityisesti varmistanut pääsyn tietokoneelle salasanan avulla, käyttänyt virustentorjuntaohjelmistoa ja ylläpitänyt tietokoneita säännöllisesti.
Loppusäännökset
1. Tekemällä sähköisen tilauksen verkkosivustolla [Simply Posh] Asiakas vakuuttaa olevansa tietoinen kaikista henkilötietosuojaehdoista ja hyväksyy ne täysimittaisesti;
2. Asiakas hyväksyy nämä säännöt valitsemalla valintaruudun tilauskaavakkeessa;
3. Rekisterinpitäjä voi päivittää nämä Säännöt milloin tahansa. Uusi, päivitetty versio on julkaistava tällä verkkosivulla.

The Controller processes the Customer's personal data for the following purposes:
1. Website registration in accordance with Section 2 of Chapter 4 of the GDPR
2. Electronic order created by the Customer (name, address, email, telephone number)
3. Comply with the law and regulations arising from the contractual relationship between the Customer and the Controller
4. The personal data are necessary for the fulfillment of the purchase contract. The contract cannot be concluded without personal data.
Duration of storage of personal data
1. The Controller shall store personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between the Controller and the Customer and for three years after the termination of the contractual relationship
2. The Controller shall delete all personal data after the period necessary for the storage of personal data.
Recipients and processors of personal data
The third parties processing the Customer’s personal data are subcontractors of the Controller. The services of these subcontractors are necessary for the contract for the acquisition and processing of an electronic order in the contract between the Controller and the Customer to be implemented.
The Controller’s subcontractors are:
Webador (online shopping system);
Shipping company;
Google Analytics (homepage analytics);
Customer rights
According to the Regulation, the Customer has the right to:
1. the right to access personal data;
2. right to rectification of personal data
3. right to erasure of personal data;
4. right to object to the processing of personal data;
5. right to data portability;

7. right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if a violation of the Regulation is suspected.
Security of personal data
