General terms and conditions

 

Näitä sopimusehtoja sovelletaan HunBun Oy:n ja asiakkaan välillä. HunBun Oy:n kautta myytävät tuotteet ovat käytettyjä ja ne myydään siinä kunnossa, kun ne ovat kuvaus- ja ilmoitushetkellä.

HunBun Oy:lla on vastuu kuvata ja kuvailla tuotteen kunto mahdollisimman tarkkaan. HunBun ei vastaa vahingosta, joka aiheutuu ylivoimaisesta esteestä. Ylivoimaisena esteenä pidetään sellaista ennalta arvaamatonta seikkaa tai olosuhteiden muutosta, joka on HunBun Oy:n vaikutusmahdollisuuksien ulkopuolella. HunBun on velvollinen ilmoittamaan viipymättä asiakkaalleen ylivoimaisesta esteestä.

 

These terms and conditions apply between HunBun Oy and the customer. Products sold through HunBun Oy are used and are sold in the condition they are in at the time of description and notification. HunBun Oy is responsible for describing the condition of the product as accurately as possible. HunBun is not liable for damage caused by force majeure. Force majeure is considered to be an unforeseen circumstance or change in circumstances that is beyond HunBun Oy's control. HunBun is obliged to notify its customer of force majeure without delay.

 

Asiakas ja tietosuoja

Customer and data protection

HunBun Oy palvelee yksityisasiakkaita Suomessa ja koko maailman alueella. Asiakkaiden ja HunBun Oy:n välisessä sopimuksessa noudatetaan ensisijaisesti näitä sopimusehtoja. Asiakas on velvollinen luovuttamaan osto- ja toimeksiantovaiheessa HunBun Oy:lle täydelliset yhteystietonsa, jotka sisältävät vähintään etu- ja sukunimen, puhelinnumeron, sähköpostiosoitteen ja kotiosoitteen.

Asiakkaiden tiedot tallennetaan vain ostotapahtumaa tai toimeksiantoa varten. HunBun Oy:lla on oikeus käsitellä ja luovuttaa tietoja vain perusteltuja käyttötarkoituksia, kuten maksun suorittamista varten, henkilötietolain (523/99) mukaisesti.

 

HunBun Oy serves private customers in Finland and worldwide. The contract between customers and HunBun Oy primarily complies with these terms and conditions. The customer is obliged to provide HunBun Oy with their complete contact information at the time of purchase and assignment, which includes at least their first and last name, telephone number, email address and home address.

Customer information is stored only for the purpose of the purchase or assignment. HunBun Oy has the right to process and disclose information only for justified purposes, such as payment processing, in accordance with the Personal Data Act (523/99).

Toimeksiantoa koskevat ehdot

Terms and conditions for consignment

 

Mikäli asiakas jättää HunBun Oy:lle toimeksiannon etsiä toiveidenne mukaisen tuotteen second hand -markkinoilta, on Hunbun Oy.lla oikeus periä ostajalta erikseen sovittava etukäteismaksu, joka on minimissään 15 % tuotteen arvioidusta kokonaishinnasta. Etukäteismaksu huomioidaan ja vähennetään lopullisesta kauppahinnasta.

Maksu voidaan palauttaa vain siinä tapauksessa, mikäli tuote katoaa tai rikkoutuu toimituksen aikana, tuote on rikkoutunut tai se ei vastaa alkuperäistä tilattua tuotetta.

Toimeksiantona tilatuilla tuotteilla ei ole vaihto- eikä palautusoikeutta.

 

If the customer gives HunBun Oy an assignment to search for a product according to their wishes in the second-hand market, Hunbun Oy has the right to charge the buyer a separately agreed advance payment, which is at least 15% of the estimated total price of the product. The advance payment will be taken into account and deducted from the final purchase price.
The payment can only be refunded if the product is lost or damaged during delivery, the product is broken or does not correspond to the original ordered product.
Products ordered as an assignment do not have the right to exchange or return.

Välitysmyyntiä koskevat ehdot

Terms and conditions for consignment

 

HunBun Oy hyväksyy myyntiin otettavat tuotteet tapauskohtaisesti. Asiakkaan tulee toimittaa myytävä tuote HunBun Oy:lle ennen kuin myynti voidaan aloittaa. Tuotteen pyyntihinta määritellään yhdessä asiakkaan kanssa. Tuotteen toimituksesta HunBun Oy:lle vastaa aina asiakas. HunBun Oy vastaa tuotteen säilytyksestä ja myynnin toteutumisen jälkeen toimituksesta ostajalle. Myyntiprovisio sovitaan tapauskohtaisesti (yleensä 20-35% toteutuneesta myyntihinnasta).

Sovittu myyntiprovisio vähennetään toteutuneesta myyntihinnasta. Välityskulua ei muodostu mikäli tuotetta ei myydä.

Välitysmyyntisopimus voidaan purkaa kummankin taholta ilman syytä tai irtisanomisaikaa.

 

HunBun Oy approves products for sale on a case-by-case basis. The customer must deliver the product to be sold to HunBun Oy before the sale can begin. The asking price of the product is determined together with the customer. The customer is always responsible for delivering the product to HunBun Oy. HunBun Oy is responsible for storing the product and, after the sale, for delivering it to the buyer. The sales commission is agreed on a case-by-case basis (usually 20-35% of the actual sales price).
The agreed sales commission is deducted from the actual sales price. No brokerage fee is incurred if the product is not sold.
The brokerage contract can be terminated by either party without cause or notice period.

 

Tuotteen varaus

Product reservation

 

HunBun Oy voi varata tuotteen Asiakkaalle, varauksissa maksetaan varausmaksu joka on 20% kauppahinnasta. Tätä summaa ei palauteta varauksen peruuntuessa HunBun Oy:sta riippumattomista syistä. Varausmaksu vähennetään oston yhteydessä tuotteen hinnasta.

 

HunBun Oy can reserve a product for the Customer, a reservation fee of 20% of the purchase price is paid for reservations. This amount is not refundable if the reservation is canceled for reasons beyond HunBun Oy's control. The reservation fee is deducted from the price of the product upon purchase.

 

Tuotteiden nouto-, maksu- ja toimitusehdot

Product pickup, payment and delivery terms

 

HunBun Oy pyrkii postittamaan tuotteen 1-3 arkipäivän kuluessa tuotteen ostohetkestä tai asiakkaan kanssa erikseen sovitun aikataulun mukaisesti. Ostettu tuote postitetaan vasta, kun siitä on maksettu sovittu hinta ja maksu on hyväksytty.

Mikäli Asiakas sopii ostamansa tuotteen noudosta, tulee maksu suorittaa viimeistään tuotteen noutohetkellä. Tuote luovutetaan vain hyväksyttyä maksua vastaan. Maksutavat ovat tilisiirto, PayPal (+5%), Wise sekä käteismaksu.

 

HunBun Oy aims to ship the product within 1-3 business days of the time of purchase or according to a schedule separately agreed with the customer. The purchased product will only be shipped when the agreed price has been paid and the payment has been approved.
If the Customer agrees to pick up the product they have purchased, payment must be made no later than the time of pick up. The product will only be released against an approved payment. Payment methods are bank transfer, PayPal (+5%), Wise and cash payment.

 

Vaihto ja palauttaminen

Exchange and return

 

HunBun Oy:lta etämyynnillä ostetulla tuotteella on 14 vuorokauden vaihto- tai palautusoikeus. Palautuksesta aiheutuvat kustannukset ovat asiakkaan vastuulla. Noudetuilla tai henkilökohtaisesti toimitetuilla tuotteilla ei ole vaihto- tai palautusoikeutta. Toimeksiantona tilatuilla tuotteilla ei ole vaihto- eikä palautusoikeutta.

 

Products purchased from HunBun Oy via distance selling have a 14-day right to exchange or return. The costs of the return are the responsibility of the customer. Products picked up or delivered in person do not have a right to exchange or return. Products ordered as a commission do not have a right to exchange or return.

 

Reklamaatio

Complaint

Asiakas on velvollinen viimeistään tuotteen ostohetkellä tutustumaan tuotteeseen ja esittämään ennen ostopäätöstä havaitsemansa virheet. Mikäli tuote on postitettu ja tuotteessa havaitaan virhe, jota ei ole erikseen mainittu tuotteesta annetuissa tiedoissa tai myyntikuvissa, tulee Asiakkaan reklamoida havaitsemansa virheet välittömästi. HunBun Oy käsittelee mahdolliset reklamaatiot ja hyvitykset aina tapauskohtaisesti yhdessä asiakkaan kanssa.

 

The customer is obliged to inspect the product at the latest at the time of purchase and to present any defects that he or she has noticed before making a purchase decision. If the product has been posted and a defect is detected in the product that has not been separately mentioned in the information provided about the product or in the sales images, the customer must immediately complain about the defects that he or she has noticed. HunBun Oy always handles any complaints and refunds on a case-by-case basis together with the customer.
